We need volunteers to help fill out postcards to raise funds for our end-of-year giving campaign! Are you in? We had some BIG wins this year (remember when we helped end the era of massive, reckless fossil fuel expansion projects in Whatcom County?) and expect even more accomplishments next year — and we need funds to make that happen. Here’s how this volunteer opportunity works:

• Sign up here so we know you’re in and we’ll reach out to you to confirm
• Pick up a stack of postcards from our office in Bellingham on November 17th (date is subject to change, we’ll reach out asap if it does!)
• Fill out the pre-addressed, pre-stamped postcards with the help of some of our pre-written examples (just 1-2 sentences needed)
• Make sure the postcards are in the mail by November 18th at 5pm
• Automatically get entered to win one of our Miir camp mugs!

Whether you’re new to RE Sources or have been around the block a few times with us, a handwritten letter from a fellow supporter can make a HUGE difference in our fundraising efforts and we’d love your help. This fall’s postcard features a detailed illustration of our vision for a climate-resilient northwest Washington. Our hope is that with your help, we can inspire folks across the region to support turning this vision into a reality.
