Hop in a kayak and have your questions about our local bay answered at this tour!

Tour leaders will show kayakers a perspective of Bellingham Bay that can’t be seen from land, and visit sites that illuminate the history of Bellingham Bay, its legacy industrial contamination (MTCA, or Model Toxic Control Act sites), cleanup and habitat improvement opportunities, and how our local bay plays a role in the health of the Salish Sea and its endangered orca population.

Date: Saturday, August 6th
Paddle Time: 2–5 pm

We will launch our boats from the Community Boating Center/Fairhaven Boat Launch (555 Harris Ave, Bellingham).

Spots are limited! Register here.
