Listen to the Forest: Tend Grief, Offer Beauty

Please join us for an all ages community ceremony with song and storytelling in a clearcut forest formerly known as Box of Rain timber sale, Whatcom County.
Sunday, June 28th | 12 – 4 p.m.

Attendance is limited & registration is required. Registration deadline is Sunday, June 14th. Confirmation of participation and more details with exact location, what to bring and carpooling provided upon registration.
This ceremony is cohosted by Deeper Currents, RE Sources and the Center for Responsible Forestry and is an affiliated event of the Global Earth Exchange where people from all over the globe come together to grieve what’s vanishing from the places we love and offer gratitude and beauty to all life that remains and is naturally regenerating.
Location: Off of Mosquito Lake Rd (exact location sent after registration is completed)
What to Bring:
- Shoes for rough terrain
- Small container of sacred water
- An offering of beauty for mandala
- Water/snacks for self care
- A “situpon” for listening to story
