We’re pausing our monthly Green Drinks virtual gatherings until we can once again raise a glass together at local breweries and taprooms
The spirit of Green Drinks lies in networking and mingling with our neighbors who love sustainability. That’s been hard to replicate on Zoom.
We miss being able to gather in person to nerd out about the Salish Sea, solutions to climate change, and getting engaged in local issues. That said, we encourage you to still stay connected with the actions and updates we’d normally share as Green Drinks announcements. Text RESOURCES to 40649 (or use this link) to receive occasional, timely ways to protect the region we love. It hopefully goes without saying, but we will never spam you or give anyone your information.
More about Green Drinks:
Meet members of Whatcom County’s environmentally-minded community, hear about upcoming sustainability-oriented events and opportunities, network, and try out delicious local brews. Hosted monthly at various local businesses and organizations.
Our local Green Drinks chapter meets from 5-7 PM on the first Wednesday of every month at varying locations in Bellingham. Attended monthly by 50+ conscientious locals, this event is a gathering for people interested in environmental issues to gather to drink, talk and network. We’re part of Green Drinks International started in London in 1989. Since then, it has spread to cities across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Japan, Australia, and more, with more than 700 Green Drinks Chapters worldwide. The best part about Green Drinks is that there is no structure, just good people meeting at a regular place and time. Learn more about International Green Drinks.
Green Drinks attendees are professionals, academics, activists and students committed to engaging on local issues and leading greener lifestyles. Join Bellingham Green Drinks on Facebook or sign up for the newsletter to discover next month’s location!
