Beach Cleanup for Halloween

Plastic pollution is scaaaaary. Join us for a candy wrapper / all other trash cleanup on Halloween. Wear a costume: The best one may win a prize!
Tuesday, October 31st from 10am to 12pm at Maritime Heritage Park (meet at the fish hatchery, 1600 C St, Bellingham)
Bagels will be provided by The Bagelry! We provide cleanup supplies, on a first come first serve basis. Dress for the weather.
To combat plastic pollution in the Salish Sea, we host beach cleanups — as well as cleanups along rivers and lakes — throughout Whatcom and Skagit counties, providing cleanup equipment and a place to connect with like-minded community members.
RSVP not required, but helps us get an idea of how many people to expect. Thank you for keeping waterways clean!
