There are many ways you can get involved in making a difference through RE Sources.

Volunteer: RE Sources' volunteers are an integral part of our conservation efforts. Being a community-based organization, we welcome the help of individuals with widely varying interests, skills and availability.  Click HERE for current volunteer opportunities or call our office at (360) 733-8307.

Applicants will be briefly interviewed before a selection is made. All RE Sources volunteers will be asked to register with the Whatcom Volunteer Center in order to track volunteer hours.

Community Education Intern, Beach Naturalist Program

Job Description/ Requirements: 1 month, 3 month, or longer commitment. Interns will assist the Beach Naturalist Coordinator in coordinating volunteers and preparing educational materials. The Beach Naturalist program trains community volunteers to act as informal naturalists on local beaches and promotes shoreline stewardship through community education programs. Interns may be involved in a variety of projects, depending on intern interest and organizational need.
