Salads & sides

Mesclun greens with apples, feta and almonds (GF); roasted root vegetables (vegan, GF); and aromatic rice pilaf (vegan, GF).

Entree

Your choice of roast chicken with lemon veloute, artichoke, sage, and cherry tomato (gluten/dairy free); Pacific salmon with red pepper relish (gluten/dairy free), or eggplant marinara with almond breading, rustic marinara, fresh herbs, vegan cheese(vegan, GF). Eggplant must be pre-ordered by emailing Pollyc@re-sources.org  

Dessert

Your choice of brown butter cake with roasted seasonal fruit, hazelnut praline and vanilla bean buttercream, or lemon cake with roasted seasonal fruit and vegan buttercream. The lemon cake is Vegan, GF and must be pre-ordered by emailing Pollyc@re-sources.org.

Beverages

Cedardust IPA and Pilsner provided by Boundary Bay Brewery;
Claar Cellars Cabernet Merlot, Redhead Red blend, Anciano Tempranillo, Lenz Moser Gruener Veltliner, Naked unoaked Chardonnay, and Waterbrook Sangiovese Rosé.

Hors d'oeuvres provided by Boundary Bay Brewery, Bellingham's favorite family bistro and pub with a deep community connection.

Dinner served by Crave Catering, producing local, chef-inspired meals.

Dessert provided by Gathered Confections, consciously crafted confections made in small batches with local, quality ingredients.
