At RE Sources, we do the kind of work that makes a difference, challenges the status-quo, encourages personal growth, and surrounds you with creative, smart, and passionate people. It’s the kind of work that will have you excited to show up each day. We provide a benefits package including a standard 36-hour work week, medical, dental and vision insurance, ample paid time off and sick leave, and a 401(k) employer match, and employee discounts. Sound appealing? Come join us.

RE Sources stands against racism, white supremacy and injustice, and the ingrained structures and institutions that enable and perpetuate them. Indigenous, Black and other Communities of Color, as well as low income families and children, are disproportionately harmed by environmental degradation and climate change. We envision a future where where environmental policies redress historic inequities, and every person benefits from clean energy, less pollution and thriving outdoor places. We strive for a diverse workforce that is representative of our region’s communities. RE Sources encourages applications from Black, Indigenous, People of Color, persons with disabilities, women and gender-nonconforming people, especially in occupations or positions where they have been historically excluded.
